UV + Heat Rejection

Laser-Cut Window Tinting

What It Is

Tint Cut to Each Window Before It Goes On

Our window tint is laser-cut to the exact shape of each window, so it fits the glass without gaps, lifting or bubbles. It adds privacy, cuts heat and glare, and blocks UV. Book a drop-off appointment at our Ancaster studio, Monday to Friday, and we will talk through shades first.

Shade choice matters in Ontario. The front side windows and the windshield have rules that the back of the car does not, so we go over what is allowed before any film is cut.

Why People Tint

What Tint Does for You

01

Privacy

Darker film on the rear windows keeps bags, tools and car seats out of sight from the street and the parking lot.

Rear Glass
02

Heat and Glare

Film cuts the heat that builds up in a parked car and the glare from low sun on an early-morning or late-afternoon drive.

Comfort
03

UV Protection

Blocking UV helps protect skin on long drives and slows fading and drying of seats, dash and trim.

Interior
04

A Clean, Even Look

Each piece is cut to its window's contour, so edges line up and the glass looks even all the way around the car.

Laser-Cut
The Process

How It Works

01

Choose the Shade

We go over Ontario's rules for the front windows and help you choose film and shade for the rest.

02

Cut and Fit

Film is laser-cut to each window, the glass is cleaned, and every piece is fitted and squeegeed out.

03

Dry and Hand Back

We call you when the car is ready. Ask how long to keep the windows up while the film cures.

FAQ

Common Questions

What does laser-cut mean?

The film is cut to the exact dimensions and contours of each window before it goes on, instead of being trimmed by hand on the glass. The goal is a tight fit with no gaps and no lifting at the edges.

Is window tint legal in Ontario?

Ontario's Highway Traffic Act, section 73, does not allow coloured or reflective material on the windshield, or on the windows directly left and right of the driver, that substantially obscures the interior from outside. Rear windows are treated differently. Read our Ontario window tint law guide and ask us before you pick a shade.

How long before I can roll the windows down?

Film needs time to dry and bond after it goes on, and that takes longer in cold weather. Ask us at pickup how long to wait for your film. See window tint aftercare.

Does tint help with heat?

Yes. Tint reduces heat and glare and adds privacy. How much depends on the film and the shade, so we talk through the options with you before booking.

Which films and shades do you offer?

Ask us when you call. We will tell you which film lines and shades we can install for your car, within Ontario rules.
